Returns and Technical Help

The procedure for items that customers are finding difficulty with is as follows:-

(a) Customer calls a dedicated hotline, 01923 222 890, and our team of technicians will help solve the problem over the phone.

(b) If the problem cannot be solved over the phone the customer then emails with the problem at:

We will then respond to this within 24-48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out in exchange for the original faulty item, which must be in its original packaging, carton box and have all accessories included, otherwise we cannot accept this. If you change your mind:

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
